All orders are sent via a signed-for delivery service.

Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed, depending on stock and payment verification.

Delivery times

• United Kingdom — 2–3 business days
• Europe — 3–5 working days
• United States — 6–7 working days

Delivery times are estimated from the day of dispatch and may vary during busy periods.

Changes to your order

Orders cannot be altered once they have been placed. If you need to make a change, you can cancel your order or return it for an exchange — email support@toussaints.co.uk with a copy of your invoice and the reason for the exchange or return.
