Shipping Details

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of placing an order depending on the stock amount and payment verification, ALL ORDERS ARE SIGNED FOR.  

Please be aware that you cannot alter your order after it has been placed. 

If the item(s) you have chosen are not currently in stock or if we need additional information for delivery details then we will contact you through email using the contact information you have provided us with your order. 

OUR DELIVERY TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

International Orders

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked service. Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for either an exchange or refund.

All orders undergo strict quality control inspection prior to dispatch. For accuracy and transparency, packed orders are recorded before shipment.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
• Returned in original packaging

We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is confirmed as faulty.

Please state your order number & the reason for return in your email.

We will respond to your email within 24 hours.

Once received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Toussaints World reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
