Shipping Details

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of placing an order depending on the stock amount and payment verification, ALL ORDERS ARE SIGNED FOR.  

Please be aware that you cannot alter your order after it has been placed. 

If the item(s) you have chosen are not currently in stock or if we need additional information for delivery details then we will contact you through email using the contact information you have provided us with your order.

RETURNS

Please note that we offer refunds/exchanges but we do not cover the cost of shipping for the items. If you believe there was an error in your order, you'd like a refund or you need to exchange your item, please contact us at support@toussaints.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges for SALE ITEMS.
