Our process and dispatch times vary depending on your location, UK orders a processed within 1-2 working days and then shipped (2-3 Working Days). The same processing times apply for EU and USA, however the dispatch times are different. Once we have dispatched, your order will be delivered depending on your location or which courier we use.
If you are still within our dispatch window, we kindly ask you to be patient whilst we despatch your order. More information on our dispatch window can be found here. If you have not recieved your order after 14 days then please contact us through email email@example.com or our instagram page @toussaintss.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you may then return our product/s to us within 14 days of the purchase date. For the product/s to be eligible for a return they must have NO DAMAGES, MUST BE UNWORN & RETURNED WITH ORIGINAL TAGS. Any items returned to us that do not meet the returns policy will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
Free returns are not offered, if an order is damaged or incorrect then please contact us.
Returns should be sent back to us with a service which provides a tracking number and insurance in the event of product/s going missing as we are not responsible for any lost product/s or any delays. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment for the orders returned.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of placing an order depending on the stock amount and payment verification.
Please be aware that you cannot alter your order after they are placed, you will either have to cancel your order or return for exchange.
Your confirmation email will be sent shortly after placing an order, if your order is still within the processing window we ask you kindly for your patience. If your order exceeds this window then please get in touch by contacting our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org
For large orders we may split them over two packages. Please check your emails for any further tracking numbers. If an item is missing, please contact customer support with your order number and missing item using our email email@example.com or send us a message on instagram @toussaintss
If your order has been shipped with DPD, you can change the delivery address either in the app, or using the tracking link for your order. If your order has been shipped with DHL, they offer a number of services. If you do not know what courier we have used, please email us with your order number, full name and address using our email firstname.lastname@example.org
